By installing and using the PatternsWP plugin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License

The PatternsWP plugin is licensed under the GPLv2 or later license. This means that you are free to use, modify, and distribute the plugin for any purpose. However, you must retain the copyright and license information in the plugin.

2. Warranty

The PatternsWP plugin is provided “as is” and the author makes no warranty, express or implied, about its suitability for any purpose. The author shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin.

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the author harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the plugin.

4. Termination

The author may terminate these terms at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the plugin and delete all copies of the plugin from your computer.

5. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

7. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the author with respect to the plugin and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
